簡介:⑧西南財鍾大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文MASTER7SDISSERTATION試論中國航空產(chǎn)業(yè)的規(guī)制改革STUDYONTHEDEREGULATIONOFTHEAIRLINEINDUSTRYINCHINA學(xué)位申請人指導(dǎo)教師學(xué)科專業(yè)學(xué)位類別李炎諦候立平教授世界經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)試論中國航空產(chǎn)業(yè)的規(guī)制改革自然壟斷理論中的定價矛盾使社會陷入社會福利與企業(yè)利益之間如何取舍的兩難狀態(tài),從而使得對自然壟斷的規(guī)制成為必要。規(guī)制是指由行政機(jī)構(gòu)制定并執(zhí)行的直接干預(yù)市場配置機(jī)制或間接改變企業(yè)和消費(fèi)者供需決策的一般規(guī)則,它可以糾正“市場失靈”,傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)認(rèn)為必須由政府對資源配置的“市場失靈”進(jìn)行糾正,實(shí)行規(guī)制,如市場準(zhǔn)入、價格管制、安全質(zhì)量監(jiān)督以及反壟斷或不正當(dāng)競爭等。但是,傳統(tǒng)自然壟斷理論至少包含了兩個隱含的前提假設(shè)L、市場環(huán)境是靜態(tài)的;2、政府的規(guī)制是高效且低成本的??墒聦?shí)上這兩個假設(shè)都不能成立,市場規(guī)模擴(kuò)大可以使自然壟斷行業(yè)成為競爭性行業(yè),而政府規(guī)制也會失靈且規(guī)制成本不低。因此,傳統(tǒng)的政府規(guī)制理論受到批判,出現(xiàn)了一系列規(guī)制放松理論1、政府規(guī)制失效理論,分析了政府規(guī)制失效的政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)原因;2、X低效率理論,提出免受競爭壓力的壟斷企業(yè)不但會產(chǎn)生市場配置低效率,而且還存在著超額的單位生產(chǎn)成本;3、可競爭市場理論,主張放松政府規(guī)制,降低產(chǎn)業(yè)的進(jìn)入壁壘,使產(chǎn)業(yè)能夠自由進(jìn)出。然后,本文從成本、需求、規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)和范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)幾方面分析了航空產(chǎn)業(yè)的特征1、從成本方面來說,航空公司的經(jīng)營成本是經(jīng)營一個客機(jī)群的成本,它取決于經(jīng)營單獨(dú)一架客機(jī)的成本,而單獨(dú)一架客機(jī)的成本又可以劃分為固定成本和可變成本。固定成本一般變化不大,但是可變成本則主要取決于乘客數(shù)量和每條航線上的航班數(shù)量。對一條特定的航線來說,當(dāng)飛行距離固定的時候,在客機(jī)的有效載荷內(nèi)增加乘客數(shù)量是降低成本的決定性因素,所以航空公司即使降低票價,也要盡量賣出每一個座位。另外,經(jīng)營成本也隨著航線的交通密度和需求的不同而發(fā)生變化。2、從需求方面來說,本文用了總數(shù)據(jù)來分析整個航空產(chǎn)業(yè)空中交通的總需求,鐵路交通運(yùn)輸價格低廉,是航空運(yùn)輸?shù)闹饕娲泛透偁幷?,航空乘客?shù)量遠(yuǎn)低于鐵路乘客。但是50年來,航空乘客占鐵路乘客的比例處于一個上漲的趨勢,筆者認(rèn)為原因之一是航空運(yùn)輸相對鐵路運(yùn)輸價格的下降接著再通過對預(yù)算約束線和無差異曲線的分析,筆者認(rèn)為其主要原因是消費(fèi)者收入的增加,當(dāng)然,替代物的特性、消費(fèi)者偏好以及消費(fèi)者結(jié)構(gòu)都會影響對航空運(yùn)輸?shù)男枨蟆?、從規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)、范圍經(jīng)濟(jì)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)來說,隨著企業(yè)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,擁有2

簡介:隨著2008年北京奧運(yùn)會和2010上海世博會舉辦的日益臨近,眾多的國外友人將前來我國工作和參觀旅游,這將使我國航空業(yè)得到迅猛發(fā)展。同時,我國多年的經(jīng)濟(jì)高速增長,讓越來越多的公民出行選擇飛機(jī)作為交通運(yùn)輸?shù)牡谝还ぞ?,這種趨勢必成為拉動航空市場進(jìn)一步做大的內(nèi)需力量,在我國航空業(yè)發(fā)展前景如此誘人的背景下,國內(nèi)外航空公司的競爭行為已日趨白熱化,降本增效成為航空公司業(yè)績提升、贏得未來市場的一個重要手段。降低航空餐車遺失率和提供個性化餐飲服務(wù)已成為降本增效的重要舉措之一。射頻識別RFIDRADIOFREQUENCYIDENTIFICATION技術(shù)是走向成熟的一項(xiàng)自動識別技術(shù),它利用射頻方式進(jìn)行非接觸式雙向通訊交換數(shù)據(jù)達(dá)到識別目的,憑著它相對條形碼等識別技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢,RFID技術(shù)在物流、倉管和識別等領(lǐng)域不斷發(fā)展。將RFID技術(shù)應(yīng)用到航空餐車管理中,結(jié)合了航空餐車流動性大的特性,電子標(biāo)簽采用價格便宜、使用壽命長、頻率為1356MHZ、閱讀距離在1米左右的無源標(biāo)簽,讀寫器之間設(shè)計了專門的抗沖突協(xié)議,防止讀寫器對同一個標(biāo)簽的多次重復(fù)讀取,實(shí)現(xiàn)了多餐車電子標(biāo)簽信息同時讀取的功能,發(fā)揮了RFID技術(shù)非接觸識別的優(yōu)勢,在餐車清洗、出入庫管理、配餐、機(jī)場等各個流通環(huán)節(jié)中獲取數(shù)據(jù)信息。本文對項(xiàng)目需求進(jìn)行分析確定技術(shù)解決方案并運(yùn)用MDA設(shè)計系統(tǒng)軟件結(jié)構(gòu),創(chuàng)新性地提出了管理航空餐車的技術(shù)應(yīng)用模型,深入探討了管理系統(tǒng)的方案設(shè)計和各個功能模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)。

簡介:西北工業(yè)大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新成功影響因素及對中國航空產(chǎn)品的實(shí)證研究姓名繆小明申請學(xué)位級別博士專業(yè)管理科學(xué)與工程指導(dǎo)教師徐濟(jì)超20070601謠北工業(yè)大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文性因素以及項(xiàng)目組織因素。4本文通過對我國航空工業(yè)已經(jīng)完成的5個重點(diǎn)型號項(xiàng)目的案例研究和結(jié)構(gòu)化訪談,在對280份調(diào)查問卷進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對本文提出的研究假設(shè)進(jìn)行了分析驗(yàn)證。本文的實(shí)證研究顯示,在我們提出的四個維度20項(xiàng)研究假設(shè)中,有19項(xiàng)研究假設(shè)得到了支持,只有一項(xiàng)未獲得支持。5本文的回歸分析顯示,在影響我國航空復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新成功的因子中,對客戶滿意度產(chǎn)生積極影響的因子主要有高層管理者的支持、團(tuán)隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力以及團(tuán)隊溝通能力,而項(xiàng)目難度和項(xiàng)目規(guī)模對客戶滿意度產(chǎn)生負(fù)影響;對市場績效產(chǎn)生積極影響的因子主要有國家管制因素、團(tuán)隊溝通能力、團(tuán)隊技術(shù)能力、組織戰(zhàn)略能力;對企業(yè)聲譽(yù)產(chǎn)生積極影響的因子主要有高級管理人員的支持、項(xiàng)目定位因素以及項(xiàng)目的規(guī)模,而國家管制因素、項(xiàng)目的難度對企業(yè)聲譽(yù)產(chǎn)生負(fù)影響。6本文在對實(shí)證研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析討論的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了我國航空工業(yè)復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行技術(shù)追趕的路徑是自主創(chuàng)新積累技術(shù),以軍養(yǎng)民、軍民結(jié)合,養(yǎng)精蓄銳、厚積薄發(fā),臥薪嘗膽、等待機(jī)會;我國航空工業(yè)復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新的戰(zhàn)略是創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品多元化、技術(shù)合作國際化、發(fā)展空間集群化。關(guān)鍵詞復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品,航空工業(yè),創(chuàng)新管理,項(xiàng)目管理,影響因素N

簡介:當(dāng)今時代科技創(chuàng)新成了國家經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的重要源泉,科學(xué)技術(shù)成了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的根本動力。中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)正處在一個重要的轉(zhuǎn)型階段,如何讓科技進(jìn)步支撐未來中國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展,以科技創(chuàng)新為基礎(chǔ),如何鼓勵中國企業(yè)從科技創(chuàng)新的角度入手,增強(qiáng)自身的綜合能力很有研究的必要。從民航運(yùn)輸業(yè)來看,隨著中國民航的快速發(fā)展,整個民航運(yùn)輸業(yè)越來越認(rèn)識到科學(xué)技術(shù)作為第一生產(chǎn)力,在行業(yè)和企業(yè)發(fā)展中起著關(guān)鍵的作用。作為民航運(yùn)輸業(yè)的主力軍,航空公司面對國內(nèi)外日益激烈的競爭態(tài)勢,更要以科技為基礎(chǔ),借助科技創(chuàng)新這一大力發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力的平臺,提高航空公司綜合能力。本項(xiàng)研究對航空公司的綜合能力構(gòu)建了一套評價指標(biāo)體系,旨在通過該評價體系對航空公司的綜合能力進(jìn)行評估,為航空公司在各種競爭中提高競爭力提供科學(xué)的參考依據(jù)。本文從結(jié)構(gòu)上分為四個部分共七章,第一部分為第一章,主要是問題的提出和文獻(xiàn)綜述。第二部分為第二章和第三章,主要圍繞科技創(chuàng)新分析了中國民航的科技現(xiàn)狀及相關(guān)理論知識。第三部分為第四章和第五章,主要是關(guān)于綜合能力評價體系的構(gòu)建,指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建是本論文的重點(diǎn),更是論文的創(chuàng)新之處。該部分具體介紹了基于科技創(chuàng)新的航空公司綜合評價的目的、原則及相關(guān)方法,闡述了指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建思路,并建立了層次結(jié)構(gòu)模型,然后從知識創(chuàng)造、知識流動、科技創(chuàng)新環(huán)境、科技創(chuàng)新效益、社會效果、經(jīng)濟(jì)績效六個方面具體分解指標(biāo)。第四部分是本文最后兩章,主要以國航為例進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析和總結(jié)。
