簡(jiǎn)介:摘要科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的第一要義是發(fā)展,核心是以人為本,根本方法是統(tǒng)籌兼顧。科學(xué)發(fā)展觀不僅強(qiáng)調(diào)了社會(huì)發(fā)展的根本目的是發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力,而且還要不斷促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展和進(jìn)步。新農(nóng)村建設(shè)是徹底解決“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題的新認(rèn)識(shí)、新理念、新政策、新舉措,只有按照科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的要求,它才能真正成為民生工程、民心工程,而不是僅僅流于表面形式的面子工程、政績(jī)工程。因此,安徽在開(kāi)展新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的實(shí)踐一定要以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo),要按照“生產(chǎn)發(fā)展、生活寬裕、鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)文明、村容整潔、管理民主”20字方針,堅(jiān)持從實(shí)際出發(fā),尊重農(nóng)民意愿充分調(diào)動(dòng)農(nóng)民主動(dòng)參與的積極性,扎實(shí)穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)。本論文基于問(wèn)卷和訪談等實(shí)地調(diào)查的方法對(duì)安徽霍邱美好鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),分析了當(dāng)前美好鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,提出了相應(yīng)的思路與對(duì)策。安徽霍邱是一個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)貧困縣、農(nóng)業(yè)大縣,自然資源豐富,同時(shí)礦產(chǎn)資源也有相當(dāng)?shù)馁A量,但是經(jīng)濟(jì)一直處于停滯狀態(tài),要徹底改變農(nóng)村落后的生產(chǎn)生活條件,實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)方式和生活方式的現(xiàn)代化,必須要深刻理解科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的內(nèi)涵,并在科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的指導(dǎo)下,通過(guò)堅(jiān)持不懈、鍥而不舍的努力,讓美好鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的美好藍(lán)圖變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實(shí)。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,美好鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè),三農(nóng)
