簡介:分類號TK6單位代碼10433密級學號Y0703096山東理工大學山東理工大學碩士學位論文含油含油污泥回轉熱解爐電氣控制系統(tǒng)研究污泥回轉熱解爐電氣控制系統(tǒng)研究RESEARCHONTHEELECTRICALCONTROLSYSTEMOFOILSLUDGEROTARYPYROLYSISKILN研究生李靜指導教師易維明教授協(xié)助指導教師程衛(wèi)東副教授副教授申請學位門類級別工學碩士學科專業(yè)名稱農業(yè)農業(yè)電氣化與自動化電氣化與自動化研究方向電子信息技術在農業(yè)中的應用電子信息技術在農業(yè)中的應用論文完成日期2010年4月15日山東理工大學碩士學位論文中文摘要I摘要污水污泥有效無污染處理及剩余物綜合利用為各國所重視,而對污泥進行低溫熱解是近年發(fā)展起來的新型污泥處理技術。對污泥熱解裝置即回轉熱解爐實現自動控制可保證物料熱解的均衡穩(wěn)定‖與設備的安全運行,使生產過程處于最佳狀態(tài),達到優(yōu)質、高效、低消耗的目的。因此,提高熱解爐的自動控制水平,把先進的控制系統(tǒng)及控制策略運用到熱解爐的運行過程中有長遠的意義。論文首先簡單綜述了國內外工業(yè)窯爐計算機過程控制的研究現狀及發(fā)展趨勢,在分析回轉熱解爐控制系統(tǒng)總體架構的基礎上,針對熱解爐生產的工藝要求確定了系統(tǒng)控制方案,即采用DCS集散式控制系統(tǒng),下位機負責對數據進行采集及處理,并接受上位機指令完成設備控制功能;上位機完成工藝過程的監(jiān)視、控制等;對系統(tǒng)進行了軟硬件設計,完成了工控機和PLC的選型及配置,上位機監(jiān)控軟件采用工控軟件組態(tài)王‖,PLC選用西門子S7300,控制程序由上位機利用STEP7軟件編寫;對系統(tǒng)的通訊方案進行設計,熱解爐控制系統(tǒng)的通訊網絡分為二層,上層采用工業(yè)以太網,用于工控機與各個PLC主站之間的通訊,底層采用PROFIBUS現場總線,用于連接變頻器、智能儀表和編程器等。回轉熱解爐的加熱系統(tǒng)是一個復雜控制系統(tǒng),特別是其溫度具有大時滯性,本文將改進傳統(tǒng)的PID控制方式,將智能模糊控制和常規(guī)PID控制相結合,進行模糊自整定PID控制算法的研究與設計,獲得了動態(tài)響應快、超調量小、溫度控制穩(wěn)定的良好效果。同時,本文利用MATLAB軟件對控制算法進行了仿真分析,得出其是一個能達到滿意控制效果的設計方案。最后,為了更好的滿足工業(yè)生產的需要,本文在S7300PLC的編程軟件STEP7上進行模糊自整定PID控制算法的編程,主要包括離線計算模糊查詢表以及在線查詢模糊控制量輸出,然后將PID參數校正值與基準值相加,獲得PID參數實際值,最后進行PID運算,得到控制量作用于執(zhí)行機構。系統(tǒng)中換熱部分在項目應用試驗中出現了以下問題,即換熱器工作一段時間后,由于各種原因,導致其傳熱能力下降,出口溫度達不到設計工藝參數和換熱效果,針對這一問題,在組態(tài)王中編制程序,進行溫度數據的處理,實現對換熱器堵塞的預警報警,并在實驗室進行了模擬試驗,實現了報警功能,驗證了所設計方案的可行性。關鍵詞關鍵詞回轉熱解爐;PLC;工控機;模糊PID控制
