簡(jiǎn)介:哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要世界各國(guó)經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)成長(zhǎng)不能僅依靠少數(shù)大企業(yè),更要倚靠數(shù)量龐大、機(jī)制靈活、創(chuàng)新活躍的中小企業(yè),特別是科技型中小企業(yè)??萍夹推髽I(yè)不僅能夠提供大量的就業(yè)崗位和稅收,更是技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的源頭和技術(shù)成果轉(zhuǎn)化的直接載體。因此,對(duì)科技型中小企業(yè)進(jìn)行全面且深入的研究,對(duì)于推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,提高綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有重大意義。本文以波特的戰(zhàn)略理論貫穿于研究全過(guò)程,圍繞著科技型中小企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略類(lèi)型與影響因素的關(guān)系及中韓兩國(guó)戰(zhàn)略類(lèi)型的差異等問(wèn)題展開(kāi)相關(guān)討論。首先提出所要研究的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)相關(guān)理論的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述然后對(duì)中小企業(yè)概念、特點(diǎn)及類(lèi)型和中韓兩國(guó)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行論述接著提出本文的研究模型,圍繞該模型提出了研究的假說(shuō)及變量的測(cè)定,同時(shí)對(duì)標(biāo)本的基本情況進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)說(shuō)明最后對(duì)假說(shuō)進(jìn)行了分析和驗(yàn)證,得出結(jié)論。本文主要對(duì)以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了研究1對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外中小企業(yè)普遍使用的戰(zhàn)略類(lèi)型和戰(zhàn)略影響因素進(jìn)行了總結(jié),在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了研究模型,確定研究的自變量和因變量2對(duì)中韓兩國(guó)科技型中小企業(yè)主要使用的戰(zhàn)略類(lèi)型,以及不同戰(zhàn)略類(lèi)型間在各戰(zhàn)略影響因素上的差異進(jìn)行分析、論述3對(duì)中韓兩國(guó)相同戰(zhàn)略類(lèi)型間的差異及差距,以及差距產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行分析討論。關(guān)鍵詞科技型中小企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略類(lèi)型影響因素哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文ANDKOREA,ALSOANLYSISINGTHECAUSEOFWHICHMAKETHEDISTANCEKEYWORDSTECHNOLOGY,SME,STRATEGYINFLUENCIALFACTORS

簡(jiǎn)介:論文題目紐叢腿整主生筮盟璉坦叢亟璉學(xué)科專(zhuān)業(yè)主竺焦蹲一作者姓名型L捌孓一指導(dǎo)教師叢選良筮遮。叢鱉醴魁良一完成日期墨Q皇上旦』L一紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的類(lèi)型及演進(jìn)部整合的策略,是企業(yè)對(duì)內(nèi)部擴(kuò)張與外部整合的收入與成本進(jìn)行比較的結(jié)果。紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的演進(jìn)并不是完全自發(fā)的過(guò)程,集群在發(fā)展過(guò)程中容易形成路徑依賴(lài),產(chǎn)生鎖定效應(yīng)。因此產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的演進(jìn)需要有外部政策的引導(dǎo)。紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)集群屬于哪種類(lèi)型也同時(shí)反映了集群的學(xué)習(xí)及創(chuàng)新績(jī)效。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的演進(jìn)過(guò)程即產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的學(xué)習(xí)及創(chuàng)新能力不斷提升的過(guò)程。作者在劃分紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)集群類(lèi)型、推導(dǎo)紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)集群演進(jìn)路徑的基礎(chǔ)上,也進(jìn)行了針對(duì)紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)集群演進(jìn)路徑的實(shí)證研究。作者調(diào)查了大唐襪業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、嵊州領(lǐng)帶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和紹興縣紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)卣畽C(jī)構(gòu)及總共15家企業(yè)進(jìn)行了訪談。在實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合收集的二手資料,研究不同時(shí)期特定產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的類(lèi)型,進(jìn)而得出特定產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的演進(jìn)路徑,并驗(yàn)證了所構(gòu)建的模型。本文的創(chuàng)新之處主要在于通過(guò)對(duì)“企業(yè)規(guī)模結(jié)構(gòu)”和“企業(yè)間合作關(guān)系”這兩個(gè)決定產(chǎn)業(yè)集群特征的主要因素的把握,將多樣的紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)類(lèi)型抽象概括為四類(lèi)。并通過(guò)討論外界環(huán)境對(duì)兩因素的影響,將產(chǎn)業(yè)集群納入動(dòng)態(tài)演進(jìn)的軌道,推導(dǎo)了紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)集群三種可能的演進(jìn)路徑。同時(shí)根據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的類(lèi)型及演進(jìn)探討不同類(lèi)型產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的學(xué)習(xí)創(chuàng)新能力,即當(dāng)?shù)丶徔椃b產(chǎn)業(yè)的升級(jí)能力。N
