簡(jiǎn)介:近年來(lái),由于旅游業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,旅游信息成為人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。目前的旅游信息大多為旅游網(wǎng)站提供,對(duì)用戶提出的問題回答的準(zhǔn)確率還很低。如何使得計(jì)算機(jī)正確理解用戶提出的問題,一直以來(lái)都是問答系統(tǒng)研究的關(guān)鍵。問句分析是問答系統(tǒng)中重要的一部分,它直接影響問答系統(tǒng)后續(xù)階段的處理。問句分析包括問句分詞、詞性標(biāo)注、句法分析、句型分析等,本文重點(diǎn)研究其中的句型分析。句型分析對(duì)答案的提取、問句的語(yǔ)義分析,以及問句的形式化擴(kuò)展都有很大的幫助。本文提出一種基于本體和漢語(yǔ)框架網(wǎng)CHINESEFRAME,簡(jiǎn)稱CFN的句型分析方法,研究如何把語(yǔ)義角色加入到問句分析中,并將該方法應(yīng)用于旅游本體庫(kù)的問答系統(tǒng)中,進(jìn)而對(duì)本體答案進(jìn)行抽取。本文采用框架語(yǔ)義角色標(biāo)注的山西旅游景點(diǎn)問句作為語(yǔ)料來(lái)源,將CFN的語(yǔ)義角色標(biāo)注應(yīng)用到旅游領(lǐng)域的問句分析。該方法在很大程度上提高了問句的語(yǔ)義理解,為問句分析提供了一種新的研究方法。本文的主要工作包括1根據(jù)本體的定義和旅游領(lǐng)域的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),構(gòu)建了旅游問答原型系統(tǒng)。2本文通過對(duì)問句句型的分析,研究如何把語(yǔ)義角色加入到問句分析中,提出了一種基于本體和CFN的句型分析方法。同時(shí)在傳統(tǒng)分類的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合本體庫(kù)的特點(diǎn),對(duì)問題分類進(jìn)行細(xì)化。3以交通問句中“方法”類為例,通過CFN語(yǔ)義角色標(biāo)注和問句類型的結(jié)合,制定不同的模板和策略,從而抽取有用的本體三元組信息。通過對(duì)該類問句進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了該方法的可行性和有效性,提高了問題的召回率。

簡(jiǎn)介:浙江大學(xué)農(nóng)業(yè)與生物技術(shù)學(xué)院博士學(xué)位論文番茄中茉莉酸與其他激素信號(hào)的相互作用研究姓名賈承國(guó)申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專業(yè)蔬菜學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師汪俏梅20090601浙江大學(xué)博上學(xué)位論文摘要3、利用JA突變體SPR2,DELL和弘IL,研究了JA生物合成和信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑在番茄對(duì)鏈格孢菌ALTERNARIAALTERNATA£SP1YCOPERSICI,AAL引起的莖枯病的抗性中的作用機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明,JA能夠提高番茄對(duì)莖枯病的抗性,但JA受體COIL對(duì)AAL感病是必需的。利用QRTPCR分析了AAL真菌侵染JAIL及其野生型后JA生物合成酶基因LOXD和AOS2以及水楊酸SALICYLICACID,SA生物合成PAL和信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑基因LENPRL和朋基因的表達(dá),結(jié)果表明歸F』提高對(duì)AAL的抗性并不是由于提高了JA含量,也不是由于增強(qiáng)了SA的生物合成和信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑。利用乙烯抑制劑1MCP和乙烯過量產(chǎn)生突變體EPI,分析了乙烯在莖枯病抗性中的作用,結(jié)果表明乙烯提高了對(duì)AAL真菌的敏感性。利用QRTPCR分析了AAL侵染脅FJ『及野生型后乙烯生物合成LEAC01和LEACS4及信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑中一些基因LEETRL,LEETR3和ERFL的表達(dá),結(jié)果顯示與野生型相比,AAL真菌侵染向F,后明顯抑制了乙烯生物合成和信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑。在以上研究基礎(chǔ)上提出了JA、SA及乙烯“對(duì)話”CROSSTALK在番茄對(duì)鏈格孢菌抗性中的作用的模式圖。4、利用JA突變體SPR2,DEFT和JAIL,研究了JA生物合成和信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑在AALTOXIN誘導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞程序化死亡中的作用。結(jié)果表明,JA缺失突變體SPR2和DEFL增強(qiáng)了AALTOXIN誘導(dǎo)的PCD,而JA非敏感突變體JAIJ降低了AALTOXIN誘導(dǎo)的PCD。研究了SA和乙烯在AALTOXIN誘導(dǎo)的PCD中的作用,結(jié)果顯示,SA抑制而乙烯促進(jìn)AALTOXIN誘導(dǎo)的PCD。基因表達(dá)結(jié)果表明,肛FJ降低PCD并非是通過提高SA途徑來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的,可能與乙烯反應(yīng)以及過氧化氫的代謝有關(guān)。關(guān)鍵詞茉莉酸;系統(tǒng)素;油菜素內(nèi)酯;BZRL;BESL;信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑;柜L互作用;水楊酸;乙烯;AAL真菌;莖枯?。籄ALTOXIN;細(xì)胞程序化死亡;番茄

簡(jiǎn)介:河南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文豐產(chǎn)栽培條件下不同類型小麥生育特性和產(chǎn)量品質(zhì)及播期調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)姓名張春麗申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)作物栽培學(xué)與耕作學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師周蘇玫尹鈞20090601張眷嚼豐產(chǎn)伐培條件下不同類型小麥生育特性和產(chǎn)量品質(zhì)及播期調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)且花后21D之前F降迅速,之后趨于平緩?;ㄇ百A藏氮素對(duì)籽粒氮素的貢獻(xiàn)率遠(yuǎn)大于花后。隨著筋型的降低,成熟期籽粒氮素積累量半冬性品種逐漸減少,而弱春性品種則為先增加后減少;花前貯藏氮素對(duì)籽粒氮素的貢獻(xiàn)率半冬性品種表現(xiàn)為逐漸增加,弱春性則為先減少后增加。各品種氮素收獲指數(shù)受播期影響差異不顯著。4豐產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)高效小麥品種產(chǎn)量及其構(gòu)成因素3個(gè)供試、卜冬性品種籽粒產(chǎn)量均在7500KG/HM2以上,弱春性品種的籽粒產(chǎn)量均在6000KG/HM2以上,半冬性品種產(chǎn)量水平明顯高于弱春性品種。半冬性品種濟(jì)麥20成穗數(shù)最高,鄭麥004的穗粒數(shù)較多,千粒重以豫麥49最高。3個(gè)弱春性品種偃展4110成穗數(shù)最高,豫麥50的穗粒數(shù)較多,千粒重以鄭麥9023最高。濟(jì)麥20、豫麥49和豫麥50適期播種,鄭麥004和鄭麥9023適期晚播,偃展4LLO以適期早播有利于產(chǎn)量的提高。5豐產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)高效小麥營(yíng)養(yǎng)品質(zhì)、黏度特性及面粉加丁品質(zhì)的變化隨著小麥筋型的降低,其淀粉含量及其組分含量增加,蛋白質(zhì)含量減少豫麥50因倒伏出現(xiàn)淀粉含量降低蛋白質(zhì)含量增加的現(xiàn)象,半冬性小麥品種淀粉含量及其組分均高于弱春性品種。淀粉糊化特性受播期影響不顯著。3種筋型小麥的粉質(zhì)參數(shù)和拉伸參數(shù)除弱化度外均表現(xiàn)為強(qiáng)筋中筋弱筋。播期對(duì)籽粒含水量和纖維素影響不顯著,但對(duì)不同筋型小麥品種面粉加上品質(zhì)均有明顯的調(diào)控效應(yīng)。適期播種可以改善濟(jì)麥20、鄭麥004、偃展4110和豫麥50的加JF品質(zhì),豫麥49則適期早播對(duì)改善其加T品質(zhì)有利。半冬性品種籽粒蛋白質(zhì)含量表現(xiàn)為強(qiáng)筋品種中筋品種弱筋品種。半冬性強(qiáng)筋品種濟(jì)麥20的降落值、蛋白質(zhì)、濕面筋和沉降值最大,而弱筋品種鄭麥004的容重、蛋白質(zhì)、濕面筋、沉降值和纖維素則最小,但其出粉率和含水量較大。弱春性強(qiáng)筋品種鄭麥9023的容重、降落值、濕面筋和沉降值最大,弱筋品種豫麥50出粉率、蛋白質(zhì)、含水量和纖維素較大。關(guān)鍵詞小麥;播期;生育特性;產(chǎn)量品質(zhì);調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)2

簡(jiǎn)介:QINGDAOAGRICULTURALUNIVERSITYTHETHESISOFPROFESSIONALMASTEREFFECTSOFNITROGENAPPLICATIONONQUALITYANDYIELDINWINTERWHEATWITHDIFFERENTQUALITYTYPESGRADUATEWITHPROFESSIONALMASTERDEGREEWANGJUESUPERVISORPROFESSORWANGYUEFUSECONDARYSUPERVISORSENIORAGRONOMISTLIZHONGTYPEOFPROFESSIONALDEGREEMASTEROFAGRICULTURALEXTENSIONACADEMICFIELDCROPAPRIL,2010,QINGDAO,CHINA青島農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位論文摘要摘要試驗(yàn)于2007.2008年在青島農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)站高肥力條件下進(jìn)行,系統(tǒng)研究了氮肥運(yùn)籌對(duì)強(qiáng)、中、弱筋小麥品質(zhì)的影響,主要結(jié)果如下1.施氮量對(duì)不同品質(zhì)類型小麥品質(zhì)的影響增加施氮量可顯著提高小麥籽粒蛋白質(zhì)及各組分含量、谷蛋8/醇溶蛋白含量比值谷/醇比值和面筋含量,但小麥籽粒淀粉總含量、直鏈淀粉、支鏈淀粉含量均隨著氮肥的增加呈現(xiàn)逐漸降低的趨勢(shì)。適量增施氮肥可提高淀粉的峰值粘度、最終粘度、回升值、低谷粘度、衰減值和降落值,同時(shí)降低峰值時(shí)間,同時(shí)提高小麥面團(tuán)彈性、面團(tuán)吸水率,增加面粉筋力,延長(zhǎng)小麥面團(tuán)形成時(shí)間和穩(wěn)定時(shí)間。增施氮肥對(duì)不同品質(zhì)類型小麥品質(zhì)的影響存在差異。強(qiáng)筋小麥籽粒總淀粉、直鏈淀粉、支鏈淀粉含量降低幅度大于中、弱筋小麥。強(qiáng)筋小麥較中、弱筋小麥更能有效利用氮肥,提高籽粒總蛋白質(zhì)及各組分含量、谷/醇比值,改善面團(tuán)流變學(xué)特性。增施氮肥雖對(duì)弱筋小麥面筋和流變學(xué)特性的影響不顯著,但通過提高蛋白質(zhì)含量,改善營(yíng)養(yǎng)品質(zhì)。2.分期追施氮肥對(duì)不同品質(zhì)類型小麥品質(zhì)的影響分期追施氮肥有利于提高小麥籽??偟鞍踪|(zhì)含量、醇溶蛋白和麥谷蛋白含量。麥谷蛋白含量的增加幅度大于醇溶蛋白,有利于提高強(qiáng)筋小麥谷/醇比值。氮肥50%底肥40%拔節(jié)肥10%孕穗肥、50%底肥50%拔節(jié)肥處理比氮肥全部用做底肥影響顯著,但二者之間未達(dá)到顯著水平。分期施氮對(duì)強(qiáng)筋小麥的效應(yīng)顯著,對(duì)中筋和弱筋小麥影響不顯著。分期追施氮肥降低了各品質(zhì)類型小麥籽粒的直鏈淀粉、支鏈淀粉、總淀粉含量,其中降低直鏈淀粉含量幅度大,進(jìn)而降低了小麥籽粒的直鏈淀粉/支鏈淀粉含量比值直/支比值。分期追施氮肥有利于提高小麥籽粒干、濕面筋含量,表現(xiàn)為提高強(qiáng)筋小麥籽粒面筋含量最大,弱筋小麥最小,中筋小麥居中。分期追施氮肥可提高淀粉的峰值粘度,降低峰值時(shí)間,延長(zhǎng)面團(tuán)的形成時(shí)間和穩(wěn)定時(shí)間,提高面團(tuán)的彈性,降低面團(tuán)的延伸性,尤以對(duì)強(qiáng)筋小麥作用顯著。
