3、 competition, the establishment of efficient team is the keyto success of A.Many research results and practical experience show that good incentivemechanism and team organization form are of great importance for modern e
4、nterprisesto achieve high performance. The purpose of this paper is to explore how to build ateam with high standard, high demand and high performance combined with thecurrent situation and existing problems of team mana
5、gement in A company, so as toenhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. This study is on the study of relatedliterature on team management technology through analysis, questionnaire andinterview case, in-depth stud
6、y of the existing problems in the management team, toachieve the following innovations: the system can provide more theoretical support forthe enterprise team management and development; to cultivate enterprises need all
7、kinds of talents, create high-quality enterprises culture, enhance the cohesion of theenterprise, to provide experience; can realize enterprises and employees two-wayincentive, stimulate the vitality of enterprises, enha
8、nce the core competitiveness ofenterprises.This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter mainly expounds theresearch background, purpose and significance of research at home and abroad, liststhe theory of te
9、am management, provides the reference for writing; the second chapterdiscusses the concept of team management and team construction and managementtheory, put forward the concept and component management system, lay thefo
10、undation for this paper expounds some countermeasures after the team managementof A company; the third chapter, the specific analysis of the current situation of teammanagement of A company, through investigation and stu
11、dy, put forward the mainproblems, and further to find out the root of the problem; the fourth chapter, aiming atthe root of the problem existing in A company, put forward the basic countermeasuresto solve the problem. Th
12、e fifth chapter evaluates the implementation guarantee andeffect of A company team management countermeasures; the sixth chapter draws theconclusion that the research is insufficient.Key words: Team management,countermea
