1、近年來(lái)，隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展，物聯(lián)網(wǎng)成為了眾多領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用的熱點(diǎn)。本文從物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用的需求出發(fā)，設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套以基于Android操作系統(tǒng)的移動(dòng)終端設(shè)備為客戶端、以基于Linux的PC機(jī)作為服務(wù)器的視頻采集處理平臺(tái)。
　　本文實(shí)現(xiàn)了一套使用Java層程序完成控制功能，通過JNI（Java Native Interface）技術(shù)調(diào)用FFmpeg編解碼庫(kù)進(jìn)行編碼解碼操作的音視頻采集框架，并在底層設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)插件式的多線程任務(wù)系統(tǒng)，使客戶端系

2、統(tǒng)具備了高度的靈活性。同時(shí)客戶端能夠通過Wi-Fi、3G電話網(wǎng)絡(luò)等無(wú)線通信技術(shù)，實(shí)時(shí)的將采集的音視頻數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)竭h(yuǎn)程服務(wù)器上進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ)或后端處理。服務(wù)器端基于ACE（Adaptive Communication Environment）中的Reactor框架設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)，具有良好的性能和穩(wěn)定性，能夠快速擴(kuò)展數(shù)據(jù)處理模塊，實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)接收與具體業(yè)務(wù)的分離。文章基于實(shí)際的項(xiàng)目需求，對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析，給出了各個(gè)模塊的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和軟件流程以及重

　　最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了功能測(cè)試和非功能測(cè)試，并對(duì)測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié)。結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)的功能達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求，但在性能方面仍需改進(jìn)。
