7、emediandiseasefreesurvivalofpatientswithretroperitonealliposarcomaaftersurgerywas36months.Thediseasefreesurvivalof1year2years5yearswas90.6%69.2%24.2%respectively.Univariateanalysisshowedhistologicalsubtypehistologicgrade

8、intraoperativehemrhageoperationtimeweretheinfluencingfactsfthelocalrecurrenceaftersurgery(P0.05).Multivariateanalysisdemonstratedhistologicalsubtype(P=0.002，RR=1.85)diameteroftum(P=0.043RR=2.29)wereindependentriskfactsft
