5、irusexpressedrecombinantE2proteinofCSFVascoatingantigenaneutralizingmonoclonalantibody(McAb)6E10labeledwithhseradishperoxidase(HRP)againsttheE2proteinascompetitiveantibodyacompetitiveinhibitionELISA(CIELISA)fdetectionofn

6、eutralizingantibodyagainsttheE2proteinwasdevelopedthereactionconditionwasoptimized.TheoptimalconcentrationofcoatingantigenintheCIELISAwas3gmltheoptimaldilutionofHPR6E10was1:4000.Thecutoffvaluesofthenegativepositiveseraar

7、e33%40%respectively.Outof370pcineserafromseveralprovincesofChina97.6%werepositivefCSFVbyCIELISA.Neutralizationantibodyisanimptantcomponentofimmunizationprotectiveisalsoanimptantparametertoevaluationvaccineimmunizationeff
