3、er hand, research and innovation is a high input, high-income activities, which is greater uncertainty. Therefore, it will also face a higher risk. Therefore, we must strengthen the industry, academia, research tripartit

4、e division of labor and cooperation, and seting up Industry- University-Research Alliance becomes the inevitable trend of knowledge economy. It is of great significance and has strategic position in economic development.

5、 Industry-University-Research Alliance is formed by a number of actors based on common goals, and cooperation and innovation process is very complex. With the development of the information age the labor division between

6、 industries makes more detailed, and the differences between industries is more and more bigger. So, all subjects within the Union emerged imbalance in informations , which makes a variety of risk factors facing the alli

7、ance, and affects Jin the health of Cooperative Innovation. so the study of risks that be faced with Union of I-U&R and its stakeholders is a necessary precondition for the development of I-U&R,which also is a me

8、aningful one. From this point of information asymmetry, this paper stduies Cooperative Innovation. Based on asymmetric information theory, this paper first studies the causes of risk among the Union. From the perspective

9、 of information asymmetry, this paper analyzes risk factors of the Academy Union, and finds the key risk factors including partner selection risk, moral risk, technology risk, the distribution of benefits risk, managemen

10、t risk, and so on. On this basis,this paper establishs, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, risk assessment model of Industry- University-Research Alliance based on the information asymmetry and by collecting re

11、lated data, the practicality of this model was further verified. Finally, this paper gives some suggestions in enhancing communication and reducing the information imbalance within the alliance. Key words: Industry- Univ
