12、eettransptationrequirementsaswellastosustainthevibrationimpactbytheaccelerationofgravity.Thelongitudinalcenterplaneofthetankbodyshallcoincidewiththelongitudinalcenterplaneofthechassis.Thetankcarsshallbeinconfmitywithwhat
13、specifiedinTechnicalSpecificationfOperationSafetyofMotizedVehicleGB7258.2ThetankbodyshallbesteelweldedstructureitsstructuraldesignshallbeinconfmitywithrelevantstipulationsinGB150.Thelongitudinalcircumferentialjointsonthe
14、bodythejointingweldsonthesealheadshallbefullperationbutttypewithoutanypermanentcushionplate.Thefilletweldsatmanholesconnectionpipesflangesshallbefullperationstructure.3Atleastonemanholewithnominaldiameternotlessthan400mm
15、oneliquidphasepipeonegaseousphasepipeshallbeprovidedtothetankbody.Insidethetankwavebufferplatesshallbeprovided.Theeffectiveareaofeachbufferplateshallbelargerthan40%ofsectionareaofthetankbody.Theinstallationpositionoftheb
16、ufferplatesshallmaketheareaoftheupperarchbelessthan20%ofsectionareaofthetankbody.Theconnectionbetweenthebufferplatesthetankbodyshallusefirmstructuretoavoidanycrackingremoval.Ingeneralthevolumeofeachwavebuffersectshallnot
