    • 簡(jiǎn)介:西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文成都思泰航空科技有限責(zé)任公司營(yíng)銷體系剖析姓名向冰申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)工商管理(EMBA)指導(dǎo)教師張劍渝20030602幅是第三章,在第三章中主要運(yùn)用STP理論對(duì)思泰科技的市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略制度方面做出分析,并特別闡述了筆者對(duì)技術(shù)與市場(chǎng)關(guān)系的一些個(gè)人觀點(diǎn)。在分析的過(guò)程中還運(yùn)用了波特的價(jià)值鏈理論,管理經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中囚徒理論分析了價(jià)格戰(zhàn)的成因。第四章是解決方案,除了從系統(tǒng)上提出解決思泰科技營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略中存在的問(wèn)題的想法之外,還對(duì)筆者認(rèn)為的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題提出了解決方案的設(shè)想。本著從解決主要矛盾入手,進(jìn)而理順整個(gè)營(yíng)銷體系的思路,提出了_套系統(tǒng)方案,特別是對(duì)市場(chǎng)人才穩(wěn)定對(duì)直銷型企業(yè)的影響和穩(wěn)定市場(chǎng)人員提出了比較詳細(xì)的方案,希望對(duì)徹底解決思泰科技營(yíng)銷管理上存在的和潛在的問(wèn)題提供一些參考。筆者是參與思泰科技組建,并在2002年以公司副總經(jīng)理的身份在公司負(fù)責(zé)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷工作,對(duì)市場(chǎng)公司有一定的認(rèn)識(shí),同時(shí)也獲得了公司內(nèi)部一些業(yè)務(wù)和財(cái)務(wù)信息,并且通過(guò)調(diào)研掌握了充分的行業(yè)信息。在搜集資料的同時(shí),也翻閱了一些理論書籍,對(duì)資料進(jìn)行分析。需要說(shuō)明的是由于部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)涉及公司機(jī)密,本文中引用的來(lái)自公司內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)是經(jīng)過(guò)處理的,但并不妨礙對(duì)事實(shí)的說(shuō)明。通過(guò)分析,得出結(jié)論。在激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的環(huán)境中,思泰科技要生存要發(fā)展必須堅(jiān)持以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向,緊緊抓住培養(yǎng)自己核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力這個(gè)主題,把研發(fā)能力與市場(chǎng)需求緊密相聯(lián)。堅(jiān)持重點(diǎn)發(fā)展高端產(chǎn)品這。思路。同時(shí),在企業(yè)管理上也必須有所創(chuàng)新,突破國(guó)企最難解決的問(wèn)題,在用人機(jī)制和分配機(jī)制上進(jìn)行根本性的變革。在這個(gè)前提條件下,解決營(yíng)銷體系中存在的闊題才有可能。筆者也希望這一結(jié)論對(duì)思泰科技能夠有所幫助。關(guān)鍵詞營(yíng)銷組合SWOTSTP價(jià)值鏈渠道營(yíng)銷餓略
