簡(jiǎn)介:數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì)是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中一個(gè)極為重要的環(huán)節(jié)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)的好壞直接影響到整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的成敗數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)經(jīng)歷了三個(gè)階段的發(fā)展尤其以第二代關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)最為成熟以第三代面向?qū)ο髷?shù)據(jù)庫(kù)最有發(fā)展前景在工程應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的數(shù)據(jù)以復(fù)雜的形式出現(xiàn)具有高度的非結(jié)構(gòu)化特點(diǎn)面對(duì)大型工程復(fù)雜數(shù)據(jù)的管理問(wèn)題傳統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法的缺點(diǎn)也暴露出來(lái)了而面向?qū)ο蟮姆椒ㄝ^好的解決這些問(wèn)題在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中應(yīng)用面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù)有兩種策略一是設(shè)計(jì)全新的面向?qū)ο髷?shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)二是將用面向?qū)ο蟮姆椒ㄟM(jìn)行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)再將數(shù)據(jù)映射到關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中目前OODBMS還不成熟缺乏理論的支持和切實(shí)可行的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)雖然它可以用于開(kāi)發(fā)具有復(fù)雜數(shù)據(jù)類型的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)但它缺乏RDBMS的一些功能特點(diǎn)而關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)建立在堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)之上數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單系統(tǒng)成熟完善采用面向?qū)ο笤O(shè)計(jì)關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理的模式是可供選擇的方案然而面向業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)象到關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的映射時(shí)會(huì)遇到阻抗的不匹配因?yàn)閷?duì)象由數(shù)據(jù)和行為組成而一個(gè)關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)則是由表和它們之間的關(guān)系組成的另外關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)能對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行操作但不能對(duì)對(duì)象進(jìn)行存取這使得用先進(jìn)的面向?qū)ο蠓椒ǚ治?、設(shè)計(jì)所得的結(jié)果很難在RDBMS中實(shí)現(xiàn)該文對(duì)基于RDBMS的對(duì)象一關(guān)系映射技術(shù)進(jìn)行了深入研究說(shuō)明一種UML類圖映射成關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中關(guān)系的應(yīng)用同時(shí)引入PERSISTENCE層解決數(shù)據(jù)訪問(wèn)和關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)的阻抗問(wèn)題在AFHS航空貨運(yùn)信息處理系統(tǒng)航空貨運(yùn)信息處理系統(tǒng)AVIATIONFREIGHTHLINGSYSTEM中給出對(duì)象模式層次向關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)模式轉(zhuǎn)換的基本算法實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的面向?qū)ο蠓治鲈O(shè)計(jì)和關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的映射并針對(duì)實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行改良提高系統(tǒng)效率分析了映射于關(guān)系范式間的相輔相成的關(guān)系同時(shí)詳細(xì)分析持久層的整體框架結(jié)構(gòu)和實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制并結(jié)合MICROSOFTCOMACTIVEXCOM等技術(shù)提出一種實(shí)現(xiàn)PERSISTENCELAYER的思路從基本表定義、對(duì)象與類的標(biāo)識(shí)、以及關(guān)聯(lián)、并發(fā)控制與事務(wù)等方面闡述了實(shí)現(xiàn)要點(diǎn)使其和位于其下RDBMS相結(jié)合共同管理實(shí)體類對(duì)象在RDBMS中的存取為面向?qū)ο笙到y(tǒng)中對(duì)象方法提供持久化存儲(chǔ)與管理最后該文簡(jiǎn)要介紹一種功能完備的持久化對(duì)象的產(chǎn)品該文研究問(wèn)題的解決方法可以應(yīng)用于復(fù)雜工程應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的方法和理論在企業(yè)實(shí)際的應(yīng)用中得到具體的運(yùn)用是實(shí)踐面向?qū)ο笠魂P(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)映射的一個(gè)良好案例

簡(jiǎn)介:西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文國(guó)內(nèi)航空公司飛機(jī)融資問(wèn)題研究姓名張薇申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)工商管理指導(dǎo)教師穆良平20031101進(jìn)飛機(jī)的主要方式進(jìn)行了比較,分析了各種方式的利弊。其次,根據(jù)國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)形勢(shì)的變化,提出原來(lái)不占主導(dǎo)地位的貸款購(gòu)機(jī)方式在當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下已轉(zhuǎn)化為國(guó)內(nèi)航空公司引進(jìn)飛機(jī)的最佳方案。最后,通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)某航空公司實(shí)際購(gòu)機(jī)案例的剖析,進(jìn)行了直接貸款購(gòu)機(jī)與融資租賃購(gòu)機(jī)的成本比較,以事實(shí)論證了在當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下采取直接貸款購(gòu)機(jī)方式的成本優(yōu)勢(shì)。第三部分,在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步提出過(guò)去國(guó)內(nèi)航空公司在引進(jìn)飛機(jī)的同時(shí)鎖定外匯貸款利率以規(guī)避利率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的單一做法屬于認(rèn)識(shí)誤區(qū)。對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)航空公司在外債管理上幾乎全部采取固定利率的方式,本文提出了不同觀點(diǎn)。首先,本文提出最佳方案是根據(jù)情況采取固定與浮動(dòng)利率組合的方式;接著,列舉了國(guó)外航空公司對(duì)債務(wù)利率的實(shí)際管理方式和其利率成本的實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù),提出了管理飛機(jī)融資中外匯債務(wù)利率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的有效方案,即1最佳外債利率管理比例為浮動(dòng)1/3、固定1/3、根據(jù)實(shí)際情況靈活操作1/3;最后,以國(guó)內(nèi)某航空公司靈活管理其一筆外匯債務(wù)利率的實(shí)際案例,論證了國(guó)內(nèi)航空公司應(yīng)當(dāng)采用相應(yīng)的金融衍生工具,選擇適當(dāng)時(shí)機(jī),采用浮動(dòng)利率置換固定利率,達(dá)到降低融資成本的目的。第四部分,對(duì)于如何改善國(guó)內(nèi)航空公司飛機(jī)融資的內(nèi)部及外部環(huán)境提出了一些思路和建議。主要包括加強(qiáng)金融立法,擴(kuò)大融資渠道,降低關(guān)稅、增值稅、預(yù)提稅,培養(yǎng)債務(wù)管理人才,簡(jiǎn)化審批程序,放松外匯管制等。目的是為了從內(nèi)外兩方面為國(guó)內(nèi)航空公司飛機(jī)融資的JR頁(yè)N發(fā)展尋求解決辦法。本文的應(yīng)用價(jià)值主要體現(xiàn)在兩個(gè)方面。第一,現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。選題是目前具有重大現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的我國(guó)飛機(jī)融資的實(shí)際問(wèn)題。從我國(guó)民航業(yè)發(fā)展歷史、行業(yè)本身,以及當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)金融環(huán)境等各個(gè)角度,客觀地進(jìn)行分析闡述,找出國(guó)內(nèi)航空公司存在的問(wèn)題,并提出解決問(wèn)題的方案。第二,實(shí)際的可操作性。運(yùn)用最新的實(shí)際運(yùn)作案例予以佐證,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了具有可操作性的合理建議,可期為國(guó)內(nèi)航空企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)專家在實(shí)際操作中提供有益的參考。關(guān)鍵詞航空公司飛機(jī)融資研究

簡(jiǎn)介:西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文我國(guó)航空公司債券融資問(wèn)題淺析姓名鄭偉虹申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)工商管理指導(dǎo)教師何加明20040501首先,由于經(jīng)營(yíng)效益不高、內(nèi)部融資能力有限,只能依靠外源融資尤其是債權(quán)融資獲取長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展所需要的巨額資金,造成我國(guó)航空公司資產(chǎn)負(fù)債率過(guò)高。其次,傳統(tǒng)的債權(quán)融資渠道單一主要依賴銀行貸款和融資性租賃,沒(méi)有發(fā)行任何債券融資、結(jié)構(gòu)不合理融資性租賃成本較高,比重卻比較大;債券融資成本較低,卻沒(méi)有使用,不僅加大了我國(guó)航空公司的籌資成本,而且增加了財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。再次,融資的期限結(jié)構(gòu)不合理。長(zhǎng)期資產(chǎn)占資產(chǎn)總額的比重大于長(zhǎng)期融資占融資總額的比重,反映出我國(guó)航空公司長(zhǎng)期融資無(wú)法滿足長(zhǎng)期資產(chǎn)購(gòu)置對(duì)資金的需求。資本結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問(wèn)題不但影響了我國(guó)航空公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)與財(cái)務(wù)狀況,更阻礙了它們的進(jìn)~步發(fā)展。通過(guò)對(duì)東航和美國(guó)西南航的對(duì)比分析,可以看出,信貸融資成本高、股票融資難以成為主流,而目前尚處于零起點(diǎn)的債券融資具有相當(dāng)大的吸引力。因此筆者認(rèn)為,我圍航空公司應(yīng)利用直接融資中的債券融資,逐步替代融資性租賃,在財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)基本不變的情況下降低融資成本,提高利潤(rùn)率,形成資金籌集與運(yùn)用的良性循環(huán),最終增加自有資本的積累,降低企業(yè)資產(chǎn)負(fù)債率和財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。第四章我國(guó)航空公司債券融資的可行性分析。主要論述我國(guó)大多數(shù)航空公司符合國(guó)家有關(guān)發(fā)債的政策規(guī)定,同時(shí),目前我國(guó)宏觀政策和經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境也有利于我國(guó)航空公司發(fā)債融資,因此,現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)航空公司發(fā)行國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)債券具有相當(dāng)程度的可行性。但制約我國(guó)航空公司發(fā)債融資的現(xiàn)實(shí)因素仍然存在,例如我國(guó)企業(yè)債券市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展與國(guó)外相比嚴(yán)重滯后,以及航空公司自身因素等,制約了我國(guó)航空公司發(fā)債融資的需求。解決對(duì)策包括采取措施促進(jìn)我國(guó)企業(yè)債券市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展、轉(zhuǎn)變我囡航空公司的融資觀念等。本文主要的研究結(jié)論現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)航空公司引入債券融資、逐步替代高成本的融資性租賃,是改善我國(guó)航空公司資本結(jié)構(gòu)、降低融資成本、解決我國(guó)航空公司長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展資金不足的有效途徑之一。這一研究結(jié)論對(duì)我國(guó)航空公司優(yōu)化資本結(jié)構(gòu)、提高經(jīng)營(yíng)效益具有一定的參考作用。關(guān)鍵詞航空公司債券融資實(shí)證研究L
