簡(jiǎn)介:復(fù)旦大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文東方航空集團(tuán)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)策研究姓名王志文申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)金融學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師陳建安20070301中文摘要經(jīng)過改革開放以來的快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)民航業(yè)的整體收入已經(jīng)占GDP的1.5%,成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分。中國(guó)民航業(yè)自2005年8月起允許民營(yíng)企業(yè)進(jìn)入,這使民航業(yè)形成了新的開放發(fā)展格局。作為國(guó)家重點(diǎn)扶持的國(guó)內(nèi)三大航空集團(tuán)公司之一,東航集團(tuán)擁有較多可利用資源和較強(qiáng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力。然而,近年來外資航空公司巨頭進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng)和民營(yíng)低價(jià)航空公司沖擊市場(chǎng)的進(jìn)程加快,對(duì)東航集團(tuán)帶來巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。本文分析國(guó)內(nèi)航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)的總體經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況,研究處于成長(zhǎng)期的航空業(yè)存在哪些機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),探討了東航集團(tuán)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略。最后,本研究還結(jié)合東航集團(tuán)近年的經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)表現(xiàn),進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證東航集團(tuán)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的執(zhí)行情況。關(guān)鍵詞東方航空市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)一體化
