2、uent to the national economy. It played the role that cannot be substituted in the advancing of the consummation of the market economy gradually,maintaining the social stability,and safeguarding

3、 the national economy continues to move forward. Through the investigation of the job satisfaction may promptly find the questions in the business management,and understand staff`s work manner,then

4、 can provide the reliable basis dates for the improving management,enhancing the working efficiency and realizing the staffs to job satisfaction. Employees’demission directly impacted the stabilit

5、y of the talent in enterprises and possible increased the cost of human resource management. So turnover intension research became very important in human resource management. Since there was a

6、 close relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention,the research focused on the content of job satisfaction and the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention. The

7、 research would help to understand employees’working attitude,constitute corresponding policies of human resource management,keep the required talent stayin enterprises and increase the strength of

8、enterprises’competition. According to measurement and statistics, the research got 183 available questionnaires from360 employees in 6 enterprises. Analyzing data with SPSS, the research explored content str

9、ucture of employees’satisfaction and studied the relationship between employees’satisfaction and turnover intention. The Study mainly includes: the research of job satisfaction impact factor. The dif

10、ferent sample attribute (include a post, age, sex, marital status, be subjected to level of education...etc.) employee job satisfaction is more analytical. Relationship between employees’satisfactio

11、n and turnover intention. This research shows as a result. The employee's satisfaction constitutes to from five factor, then work oneself, work achievement, work to requite, firm environment,

12、 work relation. Job satisfaction with Turnover Intention of have an obvious cause and effect relation. The samples attribute works to the job satisfaction, but not to the turnover intention. Th
