簡(jiǎn)介:⑧論文作者簽名皇塑論文評(píng)閱人1題太強(qiáng)副數(shù)援浙江太堂評(píng)閱人2渣拍松教援逝江王些太堂評(píng)閱人3塑型壬塾援楦州電王型撞太堂評(píng)閱人4評(píng)閱人5答辯委員會(huì)主席_醫(yī)國(guó)全教援杭州電壬型拉太堂委員1醫(yī)國(guó)全教援杭州電王型撞太堂一.委員2塞徨垂教援浙江科拉堂瞳委員3迕滄墓量4數(shù)援浙江太堂委員4委員5浙江大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要摘要低壓鑄造是汽車(chē)輪轂的主要生產(chǎn)工藝,但在鑄造過(guò)程中輪轂容易產(chǎn)生縮孔、縮松等缺陷。這些缺陷跟模具的溫度有關(guān),穩(wěn)定鑄模的溫度可以減少缺陷的產(chǎn)生。過(guò)程建模正逐漸成為一種改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化工業(yè)過(guò)程的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。模型預(yù)測(cè)控制MODELPREDICTIVECONTROL,MPC是一種對(duì)工業(yè)控制工程有著重大影響的先進(jìn)控制方法。鑄造過(guò)程是一種間歇過(guò)程,可使用MPC來(lái)對(duì)鑄造過(guò)程進(jìn)行控制。本文利用過(guò)程建模,對(duì)鋁合金輪轂低壓鑄造過(guò)程的控制方案進(jìn)行了研究,采用了模型預(yù)測(cè)控制這種先進(jìn)的控制方法,基于PROCAST和MATLAB軟件平臺(tái)離線(xiàn)開(kāi)發(fā),免除了在運(yùn)營(yíng)廠(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)這樣一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)費(fèi)用。本文建立了輪轂的三維幾何模型及輪轂的三維有限元模型,采用PROCAST模擬了輪轂的充型凝固過(guò)程,預(yù)測(cè)鑄造周期中模具溫度的變化及液封缺陷的發(fā)生。本文開(kāi)發(fā)了一個(gè)系統(tǒng),將PROCAST模擬轉(zhuǎn)化成一個(gè)帶通信功能的虛擬工業(yè)過(guò)程,在該過(guò)程中實(shí)現(xiàn)了過(guò)程數(shù)據(jù)和控制數(shù)據(jù)的讀取/寫(xiě)入;該系統(tǒng)通過(guò)一個(gè)PERL腳本實(shí)現(xiàn)單周期PROCAST模擬的重復(fù)運(yùn)行,模擬連續(xù)的循環(huán)過(guò)程。鑄造過(guò)程是一個(gè)間歇過(guò)程,可以很好地用狀態(tài)空間模型代表其過(guò)程輸入和輸出間的關(guān)系。N4SID是一種系統(tǒng)辨識(shí)方法,本文采用N4SID從鑄造過(guò)程的輸入輸出數(shù)據(jù)生成狀態(tài)空間模型。為了執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)辨識(shí),本文分別確定了低壓鑄造過(guò)程的過(guò)程變量、控制變量和前饋?zhàn)兞浚桓鶕?jù)輸入輸出數(shù)據(jù)生成了狀態(tài)空間模型。經(jīng)驗(yàn)證,該模型可以預(yù)測(cè)輪轂鑄造過(guò)程的近似輸入輸出?;谠撃P停琈PC控制器使用前饋?zhàn)兞靠梢灶A(yù)測(cè)干擾的影響,并計(jì)算出最佳的控制變量,在干擾傳播之前抵消其影響。為了優(yōu)化鑄造過(guò)程的閉環(huán)性能,本文對(duì)MPC控制器進(jìn)行了整定,定義了代價(jià)函數(shù)中的加權(quán)矩陣、預(yù)測(cè)時(shí)域和控制時(shí)域,并指定了控制變量的約束。本文通過(guò)MATLAB實(shí)現(xiàn)了MPC控制器的控制。為了確定在低壓鑄造過(guò)程上實(shí)施模型預(yù)測(cè)控制的效果,本文通過(guò)虛擬工業(yè)過(guò)程,在開(kāi)環(huán)和閉環(huán)虛擬工業(yè)過(guò)程上分別應(yīng)用了三種相同的干擾情況,對(duì)該控制方案進(jìn)行評(píng)估。第一種干擾是斜坡金屬溫度干擾,模擬了工業(yè)過(guò)程中熔融金屬的溫度變化。第二種干擾是輪轂從模具中頂出后模具打開(kāi)時(shí)問(wèn)的長(zhǎng)短變化。第三種情T(mén)

簡(jiǎn)介:I摘要在能源緊缺與生活質(zhì)量高要求、高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的今天,可持續(xù)發(fā)展的概念深入人心。隨著國(guó)家大力倡導(dǎo)節(jié)能減排、保護(hù)環(huán)境,電動(dòng)車(chē)輛的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出大好局勢(shì)。在電動(dòng)車(chē)輛的研究當(dāng)中,考慮到電機(jī)與電池的參與,使得其在驅(qū)動(dòng)與制動(dòng)時(shí),呈現(xiàn)出與傳統(tǒng)內(nèi)燃機(jī)汽車(chē)不同的一面。為此,電動(dòng)車(chē)輛的建模仿真、控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)以及能量的高效利用成為電動(dòng)車(chē)輛研究領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。同時(shí),道路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)日趨完善,車(chē)輛自動(dòng)化、智能化性能的不斷提高,導(dǎo)致影響車(chē)輛的綜合行駛性能的因素越來(lái)越多,這也使得車(chē)輛的穩(wěn)定性與魯棒性研究成為車(chē)輛電控技術(shù)研究與開(kāi)發(fā)中的熱點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn)。本文以某微型純電動(dòng)車(chē)輛為研究原型,從電動(dòng)車(chē)輛的結(jié)構(gòu)差異性出發(fā),基于車(chē)輛動(dòng)力學(xué),考慮到輪轂電機(jī)的工作特性、汽車(chē)的動(dòng)力性以及轉(zhuǎn)向制動(dòng)穩(wěn)定性,建立了電動(dòng)車(chē)輛的整車(chē)模型,分別從動(dòng)力性、制動(dòng)性、操縱穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了仿真。仿真結(jié)果與實(shí)際的車(chē)輛指標(biāo)較為吻合,說(shuō)明所建的模型能夠在一定程度上表征電動(dòng)車(chē)輛,為電動(dòng)車(chē)輛的研究提供了模型保障。在車(chē)輛的轉(zhuǎn)向再生制動(dòng)研究中,通過(guò)分析車(chē)輛制動(dòng)力學(xué)、理想制動(dòng)力分配與法規(guī)要求,制定了電液聯(lián)合制動(dòng)控制策略、電機(jī)ABS滑??刂撇呗?,考慮到制動(dòng)能量回收、緊急制動(dòng)的車(chē)輪防抱死以及控制器的穩(wěn)定性、魯棒性,設(shè)計(jì)了轉(zhuǎn)向制動(dòng)穩(wěn)定性與再生制動(dòng)協(xié)調(diào)控制器,選取緊急制動(dòng)工況進(jìn)行了仿真。結(jié)果表明,控制器能夠很好的實(shí)現(xiàn)既定的緊急制動(dòng)的能量回收與防抱死控制,與經(jīng)典的PID控制相比,控制效果明顯改善。在車(chē)輛轉(zhuǎn)向制動(dòng)的Μ分析與綜合控制中,考慮到車(chē)輛轉(zhuǎn)向制動(dòng)的外界干擾因素、系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)變化、以及傳感器噪聲等對(duì)系統(tǒng)的影響,具體的分析了影響轉(zhuǎn)向制動(dòng)魯棒性的因素,確立了加權(quán)函數(shù)與性能加權(quán)函數(shù),在此基礎(chǔ)上,建立了轉(zhuǎn)向制動(dòng)的標(biāo)稱(chēng)數(shù)學(xué)模型與不確定性數(shù)學(xué)模型,從主動(dòng)安全控制的角度出發(fā),搭建了Μ分析綜合控制框架,對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)向制動(dòng)模型進(jìn)行了魯棒性分析,以橫擺角速度與側(cè)傾角速度為參考,設(shè)計(jì)了控制器,并針對(duì)控制器階數(shù)過(guò)高的問(wèn)題,采取了降階處理。結(jié)果表明,在設(shè)計(jì)的Μ綜合控制器的控制下,系統(tǒng)的增益控制在理想的范圍以?xún)?nèi),控制器的降階處理也使得控制誤差處于可以接受的范圍,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了轉(zhuǎn)向制動(dòng)的Μ分析與綜合控制。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞電動(dòng)車(chē)輛,轉(zhuǎn)向,再生制動(dòng),穩(wěn)定性,Μ分析與綜合控制

簡(jiǎn)介:項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程控制和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理在加油卡項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用APPLICATIONSOFPROJECTMANAGEMENTPROCESSCONTROLANDRISKMANAGEMENTINGASCARD學(xué)科專(zhuān)業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理研究生李洪指導(dǎo)教師沈江教授企業(yè)導(dǎo)師于慶軍高工天津大學(xué)管理與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)部二零一零年十月摘要進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)以來(lái),我國(guó)機(jī)動(dòng)車(chē)數(shù)量增長(zhǎng)迅猛、能源消耗日益加劇,中國(guó)成品油銷(xiāo)售巨頭們相繼開(kāi)始建設(shè)加油卡項(xiàng)目。通過(guò)加油卡項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,解決了自身面臨的管理困境,為油品零售企業(yè)帶來(lái)了良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。從項(xiàng)目管理學(xué)科的角度看,項(xiàng)目管理在各工程領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用,一直是國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多專(zhuān)家和工程管理高層研究的熱點(diǎn)和重點(diǎn),而項(xiàng)目管理在國(guó)內(nèi)加油卡項(xiàng)目的應(yīng)用和實(shí)踐,還是比較新的課題。作者在查閱大量書(shū)籍、研究文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,以加油卡項(xiàng)目為實(shí)例,論述了在加油卡領(lǐng)域項(xiàng)目管理所需要重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的環(huán)節(jié),分析了加油卡項(xiàng)目實(shí)際執(zhí)行過(guò)程中的重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié)采購(gòu)控制、質(zhì)量控制、進(jìn)度控制、范圍變更控制、收尾控制的過(guò)程控制管理,并重點(diǎn)分析了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理在加油卡項(xiàng)目中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用,在分析和研究過(guò)程中,采用了S曲線(xiàn)法、戴明環(huán)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)量等級(jí)表等項(xiàng)目管理方法。最后結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外主流的項(xiàng)目管理的理論,回顧了項(xiàng)目管理在加油卡項(xiàng)目中所產(chǎn)生的積極作用,總結(jié)了與項(xiàng)目管理理論相悖離的做法而產(chǎn)生的負(fù)面影響和經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)。通過(guò)對(duì)加油卡項(xiàng)目具體案例的分析,并結(jié)合作者多年的項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)提出,項(xiàng)目管理的應(yīng)用既要堅(jiān)持基本原則也要有靈活性和適應(yīng)性,并希望本文的寫(xiě)作能夠?yàn)槲覈?guó)項(xiàng)目管理應(yīng)用進(jìn)一步豐富做出一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)貢獻(xiàn)。關(guān)鍵詞項(xiàng)目管理加油卡過(guò)程控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理

簡(jiǎn)介:分類(lèi)號(hào)U41233密級(jí)單位代碼學(xué)號(hào)10618墨廑交通戈謦碩士學(xué)位論文論文題目瀝青路面壓實(shí)過(guò)程控制研究RESEARCHONTHECONTROLOFG壁坐壁壘竺蘭I望G壘璺壁壘璺叢壘∑竺坐竺翌蘭研究生姓名高源導(dǎo)師姓名、職稱(chēng)田波研究員申請(qǐng)學(xué)位門(mén)類(lèi)T堂于專(zhuān)業(yè)名稱(chēng)道路與鐵道工程論文答辯日期2013年06月06日學(xué)位授予單位重慶交通大學(xué)答辯委員會(huì)主席凌天清評(píng)閱人凌天清2013年06月郝增恒摘要在公路施工建設(shè)過(guò)程中,壓實(shí)成型是瀝青路面旌工過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵工藝環(huán)節(jié),直接關(guān)系到瀝青路面的使用性能和使用壽命,壓實(shí)不足和壓實(shí)質(zhì)量控制不嚴(yán)將導(dǎo)致混合料體積參數(shù)發(fā)生變化,造成混凝土空隙率、壓實(shí)度、抗壓、抗拉與抗剪強(qiáng)度等物理力學(xué)性能指標(biāo)的改變,是導(dǎo)致瀝青路面發(fā)生水損害的重要原因。因此,改善壓實(shí)工藝,增強(qiáng)路面壓實(shí)過(guò)程控制,保證混合料充分壓實(shí)是提高瀝青路面建設(shè)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵。瀝青路面施工質(zhì)量影響因素較多,需對(duì)其中影響瀝青路面質(zhì)量指標(biāo)較大的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行篩選,并對(duì)這些關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)監(jiān)控,以保證瀝青路面質(zhì)量。針對(duì)這一問(wèn)題,本文調(diào)查了瀝青路面在壓實(shí)施工過(guò)程和壓實(shí)過(guò)后產(chǎn)生的病害,分析了不同的因素對(duì)瀝青路面病害產(chǎn)生的影響,針對(duì)每種因素,定性的提出了改善壓實(shí)的技術(shù)措旋。并得出熱拌瀝青混合料施工壓實(shí)過(guò)程中的溫度與有效時(shí)間控制是保證路面面層施工質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),所以確定瀝青混合料合理的拌和與壓實(shí)溫度至關(guān)重要。改性瀝青混合料拌和與壓實(shí)溫度確定,常采用廠(chǎng)商推薦的經(jīng)驗(yàn)值或鋪筑試驗(yàn)路,而不能像普通基質(zhì)瀝青混合料采用布氏粘溫曲線(xiàn)來(lái)確定,因?yàn)橛刹际险硿厍€(xiàn)確定的壓實(shí)溫度較高,會(huì)導(dǎo)致改性瀝青高溫老化和污染氣體的揮發(fā),同時(shí)也不便于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工。本文采用布氏粘度計(jì),通過(guò)改變布氏粘度計(jì)剪切速率,對(duì)該種改性瀝青膠結(jié)料確定一個(gè)合理的剪切速率進(jìn)行布氏粘度試驗(yàn),最后繪制粘溫曲線(xiàn),得出拌和與壓實(shí)的合理溫度;同時(shí)借用水泥膠砂扭矩?cái)嚢铏C(jī)原理,研發(fā)瀝青混合料扭矩?cái)嚢铏C(jī),研究了不同瀝青混合料在不同溫度下攪拌時(shí)扭矩關(guān)系,通過(guò)扭矩來(lái)反映瀝青混合料工作性,得出一個(gè)溫度區(qū)間作為壓實(shí)溫度,這個(gè)方法對(duì)由改變剪切速率得出的瀝青混合料壓實(shí)溫度進(jìn)行二次修正,最終確定一個(gè)合適的碾壓溫度。本研究研發(fā)了瀝青混合料拌和站實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)和瀝青路面壓實(shí)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),實(shí)時(shí)采集需要控制的技術(shù)參數(shù),同時(shí)采用無(wú)損檢測(cè)技術(shù)PQI測(cè)定路面壓實(shí)度,溫度傳感器實(shí)時(shí)采集路面溫度繪制溫度圖,及時(shí)解決溫度較低路面區(qū)域難于壓實(shí)的問(wèn)題,同時(shí)實(shí)時(shí)采集的數(shù)據(jù)為瀝青路面的離析判斷和碾壓質(zhì)量控制提供了新的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)手段,給予業(yè)主對(duì)于施工單位管理提供了一種方法,提高瀝青路面壓實(shí)施工過(guò)程控制水平,變事后控制為過(guò)程控制,保證瀝青路面的施工質(zhì)量,延長(zhǎng)瀝青路面的使用壽命,有效減少瀝青路面早期破壞現(xiàn)象,降低返修次數(shù),提高高速公路運(yùn)營(yíng)的綜合效益,關(guān)鍵詞瀝青路面,壓實(shí),溫度,施工控制
